THE ONE WITH THE WINTER SUN, HANDMADE DRESS, AND RUSTIC BARN
We were back at The Rhynd for Catherine and Kaiser’s wedding and what a brilliant day this was! The Rhynd suited these guys perfectly as they had such a chilled day in a beautiful setting. The wedding party all got ready at the farm house to the side of the venue. This house had such a lovely and rustic feel to it which was a joy to capture in. We are such suckers for some good light and that window light was a dream! Catherine kept a lot of elements in the family and made use of her family’s skills. Her dress was handmade by her mum which was a lovely touch and meant her dress was exactly how she wanted it. Her florals were by her gran and her stationery was designed by herself. A huge perk to this venue is that Tentsmuir forest and beach is just a 10 minute drive away. We were so lucky to catch the setting winter sun before we hopped over in our car and got the last of the autumn colours in the forest. We laughed the whole way through Catherine and Kaiser’s photo session and had such a cracking time photographing them. They did so well! After a pretty wonderful buffet supplied by A&D Bar Services, the party started with JimJam Ceilidh Band. It is still a novelty getting to witness and capture a floor of dancing people again. You can’t beat it!
